Yes! If you are a Duke Student getting your jewels delivered to Duke, email support@gigisjewels.shop your name, dorm name & number, and we will get you a free shipping code to apply at checkout! Once your order is ready, we will email you and deliver your jewels directly to your door! Please expect 1-3 days for orders to be delivered.

When your order status is in the "Order Processing" phase, this means that your pieces are being assembled and getting ready to ship out. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email notification that it is on the way!

There is a flat fee of $10 dollars for all domestic shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 1-5 days. We are not responsible for any shipment delays caused by carriers.
